Housing
Conference guests stay in one of Potomac State College’s residence halls during the summer months. While the halls that are available may vary, each are comfortable, secure, and air-conditioned. Our staff will help you choose the spaces that best meet your group's needs and expectations. All buildings are smoke free.
Housing Details
- Housing accommodations for the 2025 summer will be available May 20 thru July 26.
- Two levels of housekeeping service are available:
- Full-Service Level: includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, blanket, pillow, pillowcase, two towels and two washcloths. Beds are made prior to guest arrival. Sheets for groups/guests will be exchanged every fourth day. Bath linens exchanged upon request, and trash removed daily.
- Basic-Service Level: Guests must provide their own bed linens, including blanket and pillow. Linen packages are NOT available on an individual basis within a group requesting services under this level. In traditional halls, custodial staff will clean all common bathrooms and public areas daily.

Housing Options

- Quad Suite: 4 persons (2 beds each side with 1 bath in between)
- Private Double: 2 persons (1 bed each side with bath in between)
- Single Room: 1 bed and 1 bath

- All single rooms, traditional style with community bathrooms
Lodging Accommodations
There are two options available for groups desiring overnight accommodations: Traditional and Non-Traditional Accommodations
Non-Traditional University Place houses all suites.
Quad Suite: 4 guests occupy 2 separate rooms joined by one bathroom
Private Double Suite: 2 guests each occupy a large living area joined by one bathroom
Memorial Hall located on the northwest side of the quad.
Houses up to 44 residents in single rooms.
2024-2025 Service Levels and Lodging Rates Per Person/Per Night from Mid-May through Late-July
Full-Service Level:
Full-service level includes a pillow, a blanket, two sheets, a pillowcase, two towels, and two washcloths. Bed is made upon arrival; sheets changed every fourth consecutive day; and bath linens exchanged upon request.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we may not be able to honor separation of groups by utilizing vacant rooms, separate floors or wings. We reserve the right to assign groups to the same floor or wing in a building(s), based on space availability.
